  • Accelerated Lean Skills Programme - this three day programme is focused on developing the skills to enable your team to plan, implement and sustain their first events and is approved by the Institute of Healthcare Management for CPD recognition.

 

  • Improvement Practitioners Programme - this six day programme is spread over three months and focuses on all the improvement skills required by your programme leaders including; Lean, Risk Management, Change, Coaching & Advanced Improvement skills and the programme is approved by the Institute of Healthcare Management for CPD recognition.

 

  • Improvement Leaders Programme - this six day programme is designed for those who need to train others in Lean and Service Improvement and includes modules on Facilitation Skills and Project Management (including Lean Event Management).

 

  • Strategic Performance Improvement - this executive briefing session is aimed at your organisational leaders as an introduction to transformation and performance improvement, including their role in sponsoring and supporting change.
