Further Developments with Process Master 

Further to forming our partnership with Process Master that we announced a couple of weeks ago we will shortly be launching our 'Lean Pad for Healthcare' process mapping software. A sample shot is shown below using a pre-release version of the software. It was created by a Service Improvement Manager within an Acute Trust in 20 minutes (following 5 minutes of training):

New Partnership with AMTEC Consulting 

In addition, we are delighted to announce (following a successful win of a Lean Programme for an SHA) that we have formed a partnership with AMTEC Consulting, a major project management consultancy. Over the next few weeks we will be rolling out support to an entire region together and taking our successful approach to Sustainable Lean to a wide range of Mental Health, Acute and Ambulance Trusts along with PCTs and the SHA itself.

New Book Launch Due Soon

Lastly, the proofs of our next book Lean for Practitioners have been reviewed and we expect to be announcing a launch date in the next three or four weeks.
